It's important to us that each Guest is given appropriate information to make his stay as comfortable as possible. Here you can find details of our Hotel Policies on items such as Check-In / Check-Out times, Cancellations, Payment, and much more. For additional details, please contact the Hotel and our staff would be happy to answer all your queries.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

  1. Walk in or Hotel Website booking - Check in and Check Out : 24 Hours

  2. Online Travel Agent or Offline Travel Agent Booking - Check in 12 PM and Check Out 11 AM

PAYMENT

Hotel Currency : Indian Rupee

Accepted Payment Options:

  1. Cash

  2. Bank Fund Transfer (NEFT / RTGS)

  3. UPI Payments

  4. Major Credit & Debit Card

CHILD POLICY

  1. Maximum of two Children under 10 years of age can be accommodated in the same room at no extra cost.

  2. Children less than 18 years of age are not allowed to stay alone in the hotel.

  3. 50 percent meal supplement per meal per child would be applicable for children between 6 to 10 years of age without an extra bed.

  4. If an extra bed is required, the same would be provided at an additional cost of INR 700.

  5. Anyone above 10 years of age will be considered as an adult

EXTRA BED POLICY

  1. Extra Bed will be charged at INR 700 inclusive of bed

PET POLICY

  1. Pets are not allowed inside the Hotel.

RESERVATION

  1. A recent Government notification requires guests to present proof of identity with photo at the time of check in. Accepted Ids are Aadhar Card, Passport , VIsa. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel.

  2. Guest less than 18 years of age are not allowed to book room in the Hotel.

  3. All booking requires Advance Payment.

AMENDMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Reservation can be amended / cancelled 24 hours prior to the planned date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date will attract a cancellation charge of one night.

ALCOHOL POLICY

  1. Guests are prohibited from bringing outside alcohol into the hotel premises for consumption. Any liquor brought into the hotel by guests will be kept at the front desk until checkout.

  2. If you are interested in hosting a post-hospitality event, please feel free to contact with our catering manager to have the event held in a private function room. Alcohol must be purchased through the hotel and the sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors and people without proper identification

SMOKING POLICY

  1. Effective 2nd October 2008, the Government has introduced “No-Smoking” legislation for hotels, restaurants and all public places. As a consequence, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel except in designated smoking areas.

  2. The hotel has dedicated Smoking Areas. Should you desire to smoke, please let us know. We shall provide smoking area details

VISITOR POLICY

Visitors of Guest are not allowed to the room. Guest can meet visitors at Hotel Lobby ,Restaurant or Bar. 

PRIVACY POLICY

Our Hotel respects the privacy of all the customers and business partners, and treats personal information (personal data) provided by you as confidential. Any information provided will not be shared with anybody else.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

The entire Hotel, including the areas publicly accessible are well guarded and monitored round the clock through CCTV cameras installed at various locations in and around the Hotel. The Hotel is also police patrolled 24 hours. All the rooms are also equipped with an emergency evacuation plan, smoke detectors, water sprinklers and water Hose.
